xRun is the running app that brings a virtual running coach and a sports nutrition plan together. Human experts built the method; AI tailors it to your goal, your level and your schedule. Whether you're starting from zero or already running.

The xRun method Experts + AI
Human experts in running and sports nutrition designed, analyzed and configured the method: session types, progressions, zones, nutrition guidelines, the instructions (prompts) and all of the app's logic. The AI works inside that method to adjust and assign your plan to you.
AI doesn't replace your doctor: if you have a health condition, check with them before you start. And you're not on your own: your coach can see your progress and message you in the app.

Questions 12
xRun is a running app for iPhone and Apple Watch that combines an AI virtual running coach with a sports nutrition plan. It builds your training plan for a 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon around your goal, level and schedule, and your meals around each day's training load.
Human experts in running and sports nutrition designed, analyzed and configured xRun's methods, rules, instructions (prompts) and logic. The AI applies them to your data to personalize and adjust your plan.
The AI works inside rules set by experts: your first week starts from what you already run, progression is gradual, your injuries and medical conditions are respected, and there's a taper before race day. If you have a health condition, check with your doctor before you start.
Yes. As a beginner you alternate running and walking in the first weeks, with 3–4 sessions a week at most, and the plan grows with you step by step.
5K, 10K, half marathon (21K) and marathon (42K). Even if your goal isn't a race, you pick a distance and a date as a milestone to structure your progression.
No. The app works on its own on your iPhone. If you have an Apple Watch or Garmin, it adds your data and guides you through each session.
Yes, through Apple Health: turn on the Apple Health connection in Garmin Connect and your workouts reach xRun on their own, which then adjusts your plan.
A meal plan for every day (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks) with calories and macros for your training phase, a weekly shopping list, an AI Chef that cooks with what you have and a supplement guide.
It depends on the session. As a general guideline: 2–3 hours before, a meal rich in carbs and low in fat and fiber; 30–60 minutes before, a light carb snack. In xRun every session comes with its own nutrition tip, and your meals adjust to the day's load.
Not yet: iPhone only, with iOS 17 or later.
