Dele Pues is responsible for the personal data collected by the xRun app and the coach's panel, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.
To design and adjust your training and nutrition plan (part of the processing is done by Google's Gemini artificial-intelligence model, to which we send only the data strictly needed, without your ID number; we also use it to translate your plan when you use the app in English), to let your coach follow your progress, to manage your subscription and to send you reminders about your plan.
Your coach (panel user), the payment gateway you choose and the AI provider. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
You can access, update, correct and delete your data, and withdraw your consent. In the app: Settings → "Delete my account and data" removes your account, plan, progress and health data from the server immediately (payment records are kept anonymously for accounting obligations). You can also write to contacto@delepues.app.
Data read from Apple Health is used only inside the app and for your plan; it is not shared with third parties for advertising or sold, as HealthKit rules require.
We keep your data while your account exists. It travels encrypted (HTTPS) and access to your account is protected by your PIN and a single session per device.
