xRun offers training and nutrition plans generated with artificial intelligence and supervised by your coach. They don't replace a doctor's assessment: talk to a professional before starting an exercise program, especially if you have a health condition.
The Training and Nutrition modules are charged monthly, separately or as a bundle, at the prices published in the app; paying several months up front may be discounted. Each payment extends the module from its current end date. Purchases made through Apple are governed by the App Store terms and are cancelled from your Apple ID settings.
Your account is personal: it is identified by your ID number and a PIN you must not share. It can only be active on one device at a time.
